This November, Global Entrepreneurship Network will celebrate 16 years of helping millions of​ people unleash their ideas to start and scale new businesses through Global Entrepreneurship​ Week. ​ GEW 2023 is also​ a call to action for societies to be resilient and come together in leveraging the power of new​ ideas and innovation for the benefit of all.

Launch new programmes and​ funds to support the​ development of South Africa’s​ Entrepreneurs

Explore better ecosystem​ collaboration on Access to​ markets for Entrepreneurs

Improve existing policies that​ are hindering the development​ of SMMEs

Encourage more dialogue and​ collaboration amongst private​ and public sector incubator​ hubs and accelerators and​ ESOs

GEW 2023 Fun Facts

Communities in 200 countries are taking part, with tens of thousands of activities planned around the world. Events will take place throughout November, with main attractions which will reach 10 million people worldwide.
