Powering The Next Generation of Entrepreneurs.

Startup Huddle: The Soft Power of Building – Women, Wellness & the Work of Entrepreneurship is the second edition of our new monthly series at 22 On Sloane, where founders come together for real conversations, peer feedback, and honest storytelling.

In celebration of Women’s Month, this session will spotlight women founders and ecosystem builders who are navigating the demands of entrepreneurship while staying rooted in wellness, purpose, and partnership. It’s a chance to explore what balance really means, and how we can create a startup culture where women thrive – not just survive.

Each month, Startup Huddle features two entrepreneurs who take us behind the scenes of their journey, sharing the wins, the setbacks, and the lessons learned along the way. Through live input and open discussion, we aim to learn together, grow together, and strengthen our collective capacity to build impactful, resilient businesses.

Every edition focuses on a unique theme, keeping the format fresh, relevant, and deeply connected to the needs of our founder community.

The Startup Huddle event provides a platform for entrepreneurs to discover solutions to the challenges they face through purposeful engagement with a broad array of voices from the local community, who can also share their experiences.

Startups are given context about the topic at hand, which includes tools, tricks and techniques from experts. This can take up to 10min. Thereafter, they will be given 2-3 minutes to tell us about some of the challenges they have encountered in their business venture. Participants then get into small groups where they Huddle for a 10-minute -interactive activity. Each group selects a team member or two to share what they discussed. The Huddle will close off having equipped the techies with practical and value-add experience they can use in their startup journey.
