FEMALE FOUNDRY PRESS RELEASE
22 ON SLOANE is proud to partner with Dentsu Aegis Networking South Africa, for the launch of the Female Foundry Programme which is an initiative to support local female entrepreneurs.
The Female Foundry Initiative was developed by iProspect and powered by Dentsu Aegis Network to drive diversity and inclusion in business. Hear Her Voice is iProspect’s research initiative which addresses the challenges often faced by female entrepreneurs, particularly caused by gender inequality. The Female Foundry Initiative aims to bridge this gap by offering experienced mentorship to empower and develop female-led business that embody innovation, diversity, social sustainability and tech lead leadership.
Delivered in Partnership with 22 ON SLOANE, twenty entrepreneurs will be selected to participate a three-day bootcamp, where the entrepreneurs’ business will be strengthened and future-proofed for growth and success, and culminates with a mentoring phase during which female entrepreneurs are paired with a mentor from South Africa to take part in regular mentoring sessions.
During this programme, the cohort will have access to tools, training, connections and resources, empowering them to thrive in today’s complex digital economy. The programme starts from the 4th December-6th December 2019 and will be hosted in Johannesburg where the entrepreneurs’ businesses will be strengthened and future-proofed for growth and success.
